The right and duty of group members

ⅠIf you deal in power supply products and meet the following standard,you will become the member of us:admit our rule,attend our activities,implement member's duty and pay members' fees.The member of CPSSC of CECC which deals in power supply products can also become our member.We will appoint relevant well-known person as our reputation member according to the needs of work .
Ⅱ The procedure of applying to join us:you hand over written application first,then we hold the working conference to decide if you can be approved.Some special enterprises will be examined and approved by us directly.
Ⅲ If you want to withdraw the committee,you should hand over written application in the second half year.We will approve your request and notify the result to each member.

Ⅳ We will expel the members who do not obey our rule,do not performance members' duty,don't carry out our resolution,break the law seriously, injure other members' benefits,or don't accept the work we entrust to the members.We will regard the members who don't attend our activities or do not pay the membership dues in two years as the ones who give up the membershipof themselves.

Ⅴ  The right possessed by the members :

1 The members possess equal right and duty.

2 Hear and deliberate the working report of  us.

3 Have the right to vote and to be voted.

4 Establish and modify the rule.

5 Attend various meeting,business activities, training work and special subject chair etc.

6 Acquire various information data and enjoy the service of information and law consultation.

7 Inquire our work and put forward some constructive opinions that are advantageous to the development of us

8 Have the right of supervising and criticizing the leaders.

9 When the members' legal rights are violated, they will be protected by us.
Ⅵ  The duty of members:

1 Obey the rule which established by us.

2 Send some report forms and market information etc to us.

3 Support our work and performance various work missions.

4 Open various activities actively, open the multiform contact extensively,obey the agreement signed by the members strictly, extend the publicity, can not injure the reputation and benefits of CPSSC of CECC and members.

5 Pay the membership dues in time.
Ⅶ The standard of membership dues:

Common member:1000 yuan

Vice- director unit member:1500 yuan
