China electronic chamber of commerce special committee of power supply and Beijing power supply association organize this activity of public assessment and demonstration. According to “ Chinese power supply market self-discipline norm convention ” and “Beijing power supply industry self-discipline convention ”, we conform to our country’s basic policy that "to be  honest and keep promise, to conduct by law, to obey the norm and be autonomic, to promote development ".We want to build up the local power supply product market self-discipline norm mechanism, standardize the behavior of enterprise unit and their operators in power supply profession and promote the healthy development of the power supply profession by law. Our goal is to realize the self-discipline organization function of commercial chambers and associations in power supply industry, perfect social reputation system further, promote the enterprise’s trustworthiness conduct, standardize the market order, support the excellent enterprise and limit inferior ones, exalt the popularity and market competition ability of the enterprise. The activity of application in 2005 and revelation in 2006 are arranged as follows:

    application，estimate and commendation in 2005:

    A application:
    If you match the standard of “credit enterprise”, you can download “the application form for China power supply credit enterprise” (one two types) from “www.cpsa.com.cn”. Then you fill it and hand over the following documents to the united assessment office:
a “The application form for China power supply credit enterprise”;
b The copies of your corporation business license or business licenses(one two types);
c The relevant certificate or copies that you get from province, city, industry and business bureau, tax administration, quality check bureau ,local chambers of commerce, local associations in three years;
d Certificates or copies of the business enterprise quantity management (such as: Series of ISO9000), national authorization item or product market, and so on;
e Report or certificate of having no Loss in business;
f Your accurate Chinese and English name (Print on the B5 or the A4 specification papers with standard 2 number form of written, and cover your common seal on it).
(Please cover your common seal on all of above documents)

    B  receive and assess you:
a If you apply for the first time, please hand in your documents according to the above standard;
b If you have got the title of “credit enterprise” last year, you just need to download the checking form (two types) from “www.cpsa.com.cn ”and fill in it. It is for record every year;
(You can apply for the title of" gold medal edit enterprise" if you get the title of "edit enterprise" continuously for 5 years)
c We regard you as the new application business enterprise if you can not continue to apply for the title of "edit enterprise" to keep on record.
We will receive your application form and public the enterprise which meet the needs of our judging standards in “www.cpsa.com.cn”.

C our arrangement of time(2006):
1,1-2,1: check and recommend yourself
2,1-3,30: we receive your application documents and assess for the first time
3,30-4,15:  consult the other people in our webs
4,15-4,31:  public the result
5,1-5,30:  certificates and cards made by us
6,28-6,30:hold the conference for giving award to “china power supply credit enterprise”

 D Once you get the title of “china power supply credit enterprise in 2005”,you will be recorded to the list of honor in “the annual information system of china power supply credit enterprise in 2005” in our webs. You will get certificates or cards of honor and will be publicized by media toward society”.

 E You also have the chance to apply for"100 enterprises of Chinese power supply in 2005". The government and information industry departments may regard you as the important reference data of the power supply industry policy, structure adjusting, the development programming and estimating etc.
