"The uniform fees standard and checking registration for CPSSC of CECC and BPSA to admit group and individual members"

Enterprises and members:

CPSSC of CECC and BPSA have already become authoritative and influential organizations in power supply profession of our country because of the support from ministry of information industry of China, committee of development and reform of Beijing, bureau for the promotion of industry, enterprises and members. "Self-discipline convention for the market of Chinese power supply products" and "self-discipline convention for Beijing power supply industry" were shaped and pushed by CPSSC of CECC and BPSA.They undertook the judge of" honest enterprises of Chinese power supply  profession " and  "recommendation products of Chinese power supply  profession ", and participated the work of "general norm of DC stable power supplies" of ministry of information industry.There are near 500 members at all.

The secretariats of CPSSC of CECC and BPSA will be combined.This decision works from 2007. It aims at linking the government and enterprises by way of continuing to reform,to integrate resources,to cooperate and to perfect continuable development.We make great efforts to provide the superior quality for enterprises, for the society and for the government.It is our final purpose to satisfy the need of quality, characteristic, development and efficiency.The secretariats of cpssc of cecc and bpsa will unify the fees standard and checking registration to admit group and individual members.They two will become the national organizations of particular service, institution and personnels.They would base on Beijing,face to the whole country and head for the world.(Former admitting standard,working procedure,organization and members' right and duty don't change.)

In order to inform the information of the government, the association and the enterprises truly and punctually for the national power supply work annual convention of cpssc of cecc in July of 2007,the uniform fees standard and checking registration for CPSSC of CECC and BPSA to admit group and individual members the government, association, the business enterprise are arranged as follows:

1.the work of admitting groups and  individuals:
For providing better serve for enterprises and improving work efficiency, the secretariat will manage the members together, as follows:

（1） enrollment:
a) The group or individual members of BPSA can jion CPSSC of CECC.
b) The group or individual members of CPSSC of CECC in Bejing will be BPSA’s members.
c) The other members of CPSSC of CECC can apply to jion BPSA of thier own accord.
 (2) service:
The group members can get the service of uniform standard (including:
acquire our periodical for free, publish their information for free, special discount of meeting and exhibition, special discount for the periodical advertisement,etc.)
(3) The issue of the certificate: the group members of CPSSC of CECC or BPSA can get two certificates and certificate cards.
(4) The individual members can also win the certificates.

2. uniform standard about fees:
The fees standard of CPSSC of CECC and BPSA will be unified, as follows:
(1) Either member of CPSSC of CECC or of BPSA can have dual membership but hand over one time and one kind of fees.
(2) uniform fees standard:
standing director enterprises:￥1500 per year,
director enterprises:￥1200 per year,
common members: ￥1000 per year
(3) the time for pay the fees: from January to March every year.The members which join CPSSC of CECC or BPSA and pay the fees from April to December pay them for the second time from January to March the next year.

(5) We will give “uniform bills for the fees of Beijing social group” added the seal of Beijing finance bureau to the members after we receive the remittance.
(6) The individual members don’t have to pay the fees momentarily.

3 the work of Settlement and checkage:
We will carry out the work from February 1 to March 31 in 2007 because of addresses, telephones, contact persons of some groups member changed, as follows:
(1) The members have to fills “the registration form for group members of Chinese power supply profession”.The ones join us recently have to refill the report.
(2) The members can get the memership, service and special discount after filling the form.
(3) the over-valued service and special discounts of 2007:
a） advertisement 2 times per issue, introduction 2 times per issue at CPSS,
b） get all services of VIP for free in www.cpsa.com.cn,
c） apply for the title of honor "honest enterprises of Chinese power supply profession in 2006"(certificate, signboard processing fee:￥500 excepted)(Enterprises can log on www.cpsa.com.cn and load related documents),
d） get special discount for 10% to 20% in activities of the profession organization.

Enterprises can contact to the secretariat of us to attend the activities.
There are 20 persons in the secretariat. Secretariat,newsroom, international department, member department, law business department, the network maintenance department, information exchange department, exhibition advertisement department are included. The work committees: information work committee, expert work committee, international trade work committee, lithium battery work committee, the profession consociation judge committee, profession recommendation product committee.
